ETHICALLY SOURCED, MADE IN COGNAC (France)
Made using Chipotle from Oaxaca. Chipotle peppers are smoked, dried jalapeño peppers. We first infuse the ingredients for two weeks in neutral alcohol, and then do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.
