Kumquats are a superfood rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. Mainly grown in Southeast Asia, the plant symbolizes good luck. We first make a kumquat distillate, and then do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.
